Welcome to this website, our aim is to provide you with sufficient information about our well equipped and recently built two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offering comfortable accommodation for four people with a huge pool located in the beautiful coastal resort of Alcaidesa, Spain, very close to Gibraltar. We very much look forward to welcoming you into the apartment as our guests.
To keep things simple we only have two tariffs; we will not charge you extra for weeks taken at Christmas, Easter the New Year or during any other public or school holiday period and the price quoted is for one week’s rental of the apartment and not per person! (Please view the Availability page for rental prices).
Periods of rental are Saturday – Saturday and you may occupy the apartment from 3pm on the day of arrival. Guests must vacate the room by 10am on the day of departure. (Please note that it may be possible to extend these times and we will do our utmost to try and accommodate your needs). However, you must obtain written permission from us to change any of the times shown prior to occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car as the area is quite hilly; we also wish to point out that there is a very short flight of stairs leading down to the apartment from the car park.
Apartment situated within a secure gated community and featuring:
• 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other twin, both with fully fitted wardrobes
• 2 bathrooms (double bedroom en-suite) with bath/shower, washbasin and toilet. The other bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
• Fully equipped kitchen including four ring ceramic hob, oven/grill, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and a sandwich maker.
• Breakfast bar area with height adjustable bar stools.
• Living area with i-pod docking station, large screen TV, DVD player and a full Sky TV package is included where all UK terrestrial channels and more may be viewed.
• Interior & exterior dining table and chairs.
• Large terrace with wonderful sea views, sun umbrella, table and sun-loungers.
• Double glazed windows throughout with shutters and remote controlled climate control, heating and air-conditioning units.
• Freshly laundered linen is provided for your comfort; however, we do request that you bring your own beach towels with you.
• Concierge service where you will be shown around the apartment and complex and provided with a set of keys and a remote control for the security gates.
